Department of Water and Environmental Regulation in Western Australia has annouced that the cup lids enfourcement begins 1 March 2024, it is said, the sale and supply of plastic lids for cups made wholly or partly from plastic will be phased out from 27th Feb 2023, the ban includes bioplastic lids and plastic-lind paperboard lids.
